Category 01 — Core Clinical & Emergency Courses
Basic life support training is designed for medical and allied health professionals in clinical environments.
Basic Life Support (BLS)
The foundational emergency response course for all healthcare providers. BLS focuses on high-quality CPR delivery and team-based resuscitation in acute care settings and is required for all clinical staff.

Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED
A comprehensive AHA-certified course combining first aid, CPR, and AED training. Designed for non-medical individuals in workplaces, schools, and community organizations seeking recognized certification.
Who should attend: Corporate Teams and HR Departments, School Teachers and Administrative Staff, Security and Safety Personnel, Lifeguards, Childcare Providers, Designated First Aiders
What you will learn:
- Adult CPR techniques and rescue breathing fundamentals
- AED operation from packaging to shock delivery
- First aid for bleeding, burns, fractures, and choking

Family and Friends CPR
An informal, accessible CPR awareness program designed to quickly teach essential, potentially life-saving skills to everyday people — no medical background required.

- How to recognize cardiac arrest in adults and children
- Hands-only and mouth-to-mouth CPR basics
- Infant and child CPR and choking relief techniques
- How to call emergency services and guide first responders
- Building confidence through hands-on manikin practice
Hands-Only CPR
A short, high-impact session focused entirely on compression-only CPR — proven to significantly improve survival rates for out-of-hospital cardiac arrest when delivered by bystanders.
Who should attend: General Public, Corporate and Office Employees, University and School Students, Gym and Sports Facility Members, Hotel, Retail, and Hospitality Staff
What you will learn:
- How to identify a cardiac emergency and activate emergency services
- Correct hand placement, compression depth, and rate (100–120/min)
- Maintaining effective compressions without rescue breaths
- When and how to use a nearby AED
- Building bystander confidence to act without hesitation
